Qualifications to be in the EOPS program: Approval for the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGG) Be a California resident or be an AB540 verified student Will be enrolled as a full-time student (12+ units) Have not already completed over 40 degree applicable units combined at all colleges/universities attended Have not already obtained a certificate, AA or 4 year degree Demonstrate an academic need as outlined in California state mandates (Title 5, Section 56220). The EOPS department will determine academic need based on specific criteria evaluated from assessments and transcripts.
